This Privacy Policy explains how Summit Wave Software LLC (“we,” “us”), operating the Regolith Audio brand, collects and uses your personal information when you use our website and plugins.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address (and a password, which is stored hashed by our authentication provider).
  • Purchase information. When you buy a plugin, we receive your name and email to generate your license. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

  • to create and maintain your account and deliver your licenses;
  • to process payments and provide receipts;
  • to provide support and respond to your requests; and
  • to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that make the service work:

  • Supabase — accounts, authentication, and the database that stores your licenses;
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Vercel — website hosting; and
  • Zoho — email delivery.

These providers process your information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

The plugins do not phone home

License verification happens entirely offline inside the plugin. The plugins do not send usage data, analytics, or telemetry back to us.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account and license information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
